We reserve the right to accept or reject any order.

All payments are processed securely.


4. Delivery

We deliver to UK addresses only.

Orders are processed within up to 3 weeks, depending on stock availability.

Once processed, standard delivery takes 2-4 business days within the UK.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location.

You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Cooling-Off Period (Change of Mind) and Returns

Customers have 14 days from the date of receiving the goods to cancel their order if they change their mind.

After notifying us of the cancellation, customers have 14 days to return the items to the designated InPost locker.

Personalised or embroidered items are excluded from change-of-mind returns unless faulty or not as described.

Items must be returned in a resaleable condition, with tags attached where applicable.


Returns Method

All returns must be sent to InPost locker.

Customers will receive the specific locker instruction after contacting us via email to request a return.


Who Pays for Returns

For change-of-mind returns: the customer is responsible for the return postage.

For faulty items or items not as described: we will cover the return postage.


Faulty or Not as Described

Items that are faulty or not as described must be reported to us within 14 days of receipt.

“Not as described” includes:

Wrong colour, size, or quantity

Material or quality differs from the description

Missing or incorrect embroidery

Defective or damaged items



Refunds

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.

Refunds are made to the original payment method.
